Layan Residences by Anantara is a collection of 15 private pool villas on Phuket's northwest coast, integrated with Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. Villas range from three to seven bedrooms, each with a 21-metre infinity pool and sala, set with 180-degree Andaman Sea views about 20 minutes from Phuket International Airport. Residents can use resort facilities including a beach house, active zone and the Anantara Spa.

Villa and land ownership here is available via leasehold or a Thai company structure, since direct freehold land ownership is not open to foreign individuals under Thai law. Confirm which structure applies to a given villa with the developer, and take independent legal advice before committing.

Villas and land in Thailand can’t be owned freehold by foreign nationals. They’re typically held through a Thai company or a long lease.
