2. Co-investment is arranged through regulated SPVs set up by ETERAX GROUP, Velora's structuring partner across 14 jurisdictions. Velora originates and coordinates each deal; ETERAX handles the legal structuring under its own permissions. Offered deal by deal to qualified Partners.

Network memberships are billed annually or monthly and processed securely by Stripe. You get a receipt for every payment, and renewal and billing details stay in one place in your account.

What counts as full scope project access?+
Full scope access, available to Partners, includes the complete materials for each venture: the investment thesis, due-diligence documentation, structuring notes, and live progress updates.
Can I upgrade from Follow to Network?+
Yes, at any time. Billing is annual or monthly, your choice.
How does Partner membership work?+
Partner is by application and subject to approval. We keep the tier small deliberately so the network stays high-signal.
Can Partners co-invest in ventures?+
Yes. Qualified Partners can participate in group ventures through regulated SPV structures handled by ETERAX GROUP. Participation is offered deal by deal.
Is my data private?+
